The Forum programme includes a Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of National Alliance for Social Responsibility (NASO) as well as a Ceremony for Giving Anniversary National Awards.

PRESIDENT OF NASO
Working Group on Action Plan 2016-2020 for DI of services for adults and persons with disabilities
National Alliance for Social Responsibility (NASO) was included in a cross-institutional working group developing a draft of an action plan in the period from 2016 to 2020 for deinstitutionalization of care for adults and persons with disabilities. On April 7, 2016 in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy NASO took part in the first meeting of the working group. All group members, representatives of the Council of Ministers, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Regional Development and Welfare, National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria as well as other responsible institutions and NGOs attended the meeting.
Ms. Elena Kremenlieva, Director of Social Inclusion Directorate of MLSP chaired the meeting and presented the draft of the action plan, outlining the main priorities, plan preparation guidelines and future activities. The participants stated different points of views and opinions on the adults DI development, necessity for using the conclusions and experience from the child service DR process and etc. Having in mind the extremely tight deadline for the acceptance of the action plan itself, the meeting was closed with a decision for accelerated submittal of specific proposals on the plan.
