Krisia Todorova and Seven-Eight Production Company received Grand Prizes for their contribution to the social development of Bulgaria
On July 3, 2015 in the bTV building two Grand Prizes were awarded by National Alliance for Social Responsibility (NASO) for contributions to the social development of Bulgaria. The first award in Arts and Culture Category was bestowed upon the talented Bulgarian children Krisia, Hasan and Ibrahim for their outstanding success in the 2014 Junior Eurovision Contest where Bulgaria was ranked second thanks to their incredibly meaningful performance, which NASO recognizes as a message to all Bulgarian citizens and to the Bulgarian state in general. Hasan and Ibrahim had already received their award on 18 June 2015 during the First National Forum / Exhibition of Social Services, which took place in Varna. It is a remarkable achievement for such young performers that not only shows their outstanding success, but also sends out a strong message of national unity and involvement to all Bulgarians and the country as a whole, calling for the contribution of each one of us to the successful development of Bulgaria at the highest possible European level. “The three young talents represent the hopes of Bulgaria and trace out the prospect for future success stories of our country”, said Georgi Georgiev, Chairperson of the Board of NASO, when handing in the award. Krisia received her prize with a big smile on her face and thanked for the recognition.
The second Grand Award in Corporate Social Responsibility Category was conferred on Slavi Trifonov’s Seven-Eight Production Company for their extremely strong example of social commitment to children and talents of Bulgaria in whom we see our hope for finding our way out of difficulties and through whom we can achieve a sustainable development and a higher quality of life for all Bulgarians. “Supporting talented children and persons who achieve great successes in the name of Bulgaria is the highest form of social commitment and an example of a real contribution to the successful social development of our country”, said Mr. Georgiev. The Seven-Eight Production Company award was received by Evgeni Dimitrov - “the Master” -, who pointed out that the support to the development of young talents is among the key priorities of the company.
